I help organisations retain and develop experienced female talent, and support high-performing women to lead, grow and perform sustainably when the way they’ve always operated no longer works.
For almost 30 years, I built my career in senior leadership roles across technology and digital.
I led teams, delivered transformation programmes and operated in environments where clarity, confidence and performance weren’t optional – they were expected.
I also coached leaders, teams and other coaches throughout my career.
On paper, everything looked successful.
In fact, when I left corporate life, I was just two weeks away from accepting a director-level role.
But privately, something had shifted.
I was waking at 3am.
Overthinking decisions I would once have made instinctively.
Questioning myself.
Working harder than ever to maintain the same standards I’d always set for myself.
I was still performing.
Still delivering.
But it was taking more effort than it should.
And the phrase I hear most often from clients now is exactly what I found myself thinking back then:
“This doesn’t feel like me anymore.”
That’s what led me here.
Because I realised the women I was meeting weren’t lacking capability.
They hadn’t suddenly become less ambitious, less intelligent or less effective.
Many were simply trying to navigate leadership, business growth, changing responsibilities and midlife using strategies that were no longer serving them.
Whilst menopause is often the trigger that brings women to me, the work itself is usually much broader.
The conversations I’m having are about:

Today, I work in two ways.
I partner with organisations, particularly professional services firms and SMEs, to help them retain and develop experienced female talent through executive coaching, leadership development and diagnostic-led consultancy.
And I coach high-performing women who want to think clearly, make confident decisions and succeed without sacrificing themselves in the process.
What makes my approach different is that I bring together three things:

I’ve experienced what it feels like when something changes and you no longer recognise the way you’re operating.
Leadership credibility.
I’ve spent decades leading teams, managing change and navigating the realities of high-pressure environments.
Coaching expertise.
I’ve been coaching since 2004 and qualified formally in 2008. I combine structured coaching with practical frameworks, commercial thinking and honest conversations that help people move forward.
I don’t believe women need fixing.
I believe they need the right support, space to think and permission to work differently.
