What makes my approach different

I didn’t come into this work from a wellness background.

I spent years in senior corporate roles, leading in tech and digital environments where performance, clarity and confidence weren’t optional — they were expected.

I know what’s required to perform when the standard is high—and non-negotiable.

Menopause impacted my focus, confidence and sense of control.

There wasn’t clear support for women like me.

That’s why I do this work now — helping high-performing women navigate this transition without losing who they are.

I’m not a coach who’s read about corporate life.

I’ve lived it.

I understand the pressure, the expectations, and what it means when something starts to feel “off” in an environment where you’re expected to perform.
